Dear Parents and Guardians,
Samriddhi School started Online Education from today for the students from Nursery to Grade 10. On behalf of the school family, I would like to thank you for supporting our Online Education initiative and helping your daughter /son to join in. I also would like to welcome all the students including new ones to our online class. Our teachers and coordinators are truly working hard for the benefit of our students and I appreciate their efforts and enthusiasm.

We are committed to assist and support our students and parents in this new initiative and would like to request a few things from your side:

1. Please join our Grade-wise Viber group for notices, class routines, useful information, and communication with concerned teachers.
2. Similarly, please join Grade-wise Google Class for reading materials, discussions, homework, project work, research work, and other assignments.
3. While joining Zoom Sessions, please connect to the intended class at least 5 minutes before the class begins. This is important because the teacher will have to admit all the students in their respective classes and if someone is late, then it will affect the ongoing class. Besides, students must be punctual in their classes whether it is online or physical.
4. Few of our teachers are using their Smartphone for online education and calling them during the class will interrupt their classes. If students (or parents) are finding difficulties or problems in joining the classes, please send SMS or notify it in the Grade-wise Viber Group. We will be there to help you.
5. We expect good behaviours and manners from the students during online classes. To avoid the background noises, the teacher could mute you as required. If you have any difficulty or if you do not understand or if you want to ask something to the teacher, there is a function called “Raise Hand” and when you click it the host (your teacher) will be notified that you’ve raised your hand.
6. As we are running it for the first time, there might be few interruptions in few classes during this week as it takes some time to diagnose the problem and provide solutions for it. We apologize to parents for the inconvenience from a few of today’s technical glitches. Please note that all the teachers are providing the service from their homes as the lockdown is continuing. Once the lockdown is relaxed, we could provide better services from the school. We sincerely request the parents to consider it and bear with it for this week. We wanted to run it flawlessly as possible and look forward to your continuous support and help.
